my wife applied for a rc in june 2012 .......which was refused as they do not think I'm exercising treaty rigths in november 2012 ...with a right to appeal ........so got a solicitor and appealed with all correct documents for appeal ... the first their tribunal court was dated for 17 january 2013 ......my solicitor phoned me that ukba have withdrawn the case on 16 january 2013 and i received confirmation letter that ukba have withdrawn from appeal ........to day i received a email from solicitor with a new COA application with no right to work ......your application will take six months to process from 6th nov 2012...... the date of first refusal .........dont know whats going on now ....?

I'm not sure what your question is, but if you are wondering why it will take six months, I suspect that the you received states the same thing as they all do, ie case will be decided within six months.

You can argue that yours is already well over that timescale.

I don't know why they did this. You could ask them.
