EEA1 case ID number?

Hi.
I apologise if starting a new topic on this is an inconvenience to anyone, but this is a bit urgent.
Me (EEA2) and my wife (EEA1) applied for our permits together. My wife needs her passport back urgently for some work-related travel so we need to request just her passport back, not mine.
When I downloaded the Return of Documents form from the UKBA website, there is a mandatory section titled 'Case ID/Royalmail reference'. I received a CoA in my name for the EEA2 but no such thing for the EEA1, and I don't have the Royalmail reference.
What exactly would the EEA1 Case ID be? How can I find this out?
P.S. And for this: < Please specify whose documents you require * Main applicant – Spouse – Dependant – Sponsor - All (delete as appropriate) > - What should my wife select here?
