Hi Everybody,
I am new to the forum and don't really know how to use ,and I would be very grateful if I can get some advice from you.
Me and my husband apply for EEA3&4 together at 23/11/2012
Homo Office receive at 26/11/2012
The CoA we receive at 10/12/2012 but was issue by 06/12/2012
and all document back we receive at 27/03/2013 but without my or my husband passport , so I don't know now what to do? wait or call them ?, this is normal?Them don't add any letter with explanation so this make me confuse hmm maybe them forget abt passport?? any idea??
Please give me some answer coz this is in my head.Thank you

I would get in touchwith them. When I was applying for eea3 they returned all documents with passport at the same time.

Passport must be returned along with other documents. If you are re-applying then you can send them again your case along with all required documents and also attach a covering letter explaining them about this.

I will not re-apply coz i dont know how my case finish,i didnt have refuse only i dont get my passport so why i send ten back all document?

i want only foud out this is normal process time they keep my passport and my husband?them dont send any letter refuse or success , still to 6 month proces time left 2 month but i wait or what i dont know, hmm i call ukba today them cannot give me any deatlis on my case when i ask for my passsport tell me you can ask so them send back but i dont know what with my case wrrrrrr

I think it's normal as they have checked your documents and not needed anymore, but with out confirming letter, you can't just guess that, so I think you should ring them, good luck.

i send beginning of April two letter regarding my Passport and decision
