My EEA family got PR what can i do ??

hello guys thank you very much for this heplful forum

i have a question please ?

i am married to a eea citizen last year i have got RC for five years . and my eu citizen family got their Permanent Residence as well this year although they dont need it , it was me who suggest to have it bcs they were qualify for it , anyway my question is , how can that PR will help me by anyway , do you guys think i will be able to apply for PR after 2 years being here instead of waiting five years ? or any thing ,,, ??

You need to live in the UK in accordance with the regulations for five years before attaining PR in your own right.

Yes, your path to PR (EEA4) will still take five years (starting from the date of marriage or the date that you entered the UK on an EEA Family Permit, whichever is the later).

There is, however, a small advantage as your EEA family member is now no longer required to exercise treaty rights or hold CSI, as long as he does not lose PR by leaving the UK for more than two years.

I would suggest keep evidence that you are living in the UK to make your future application smooth - eg council tax bills.
