family permit with 0 bank statment..plz advice

hi can anyone advice me what will happen to my case..actually have applied for eea family permit but bcoz the bank in which i have account is closed bcoz of crisis,,and at the time of application i dont have any other account in other bank so i attach acount statment of zero balance with my application,,,plz tell me does it matter???
other documents attached to my application are
my birth certificate
marriage certificate plus picture
my wife and my baby passport copy plus birth certificate of my baby
my residence card of cyprus
my acount statment from insurance service
can anyone advice me is there any chances for me to get family permit or not?i am afraid bcoz of my bank statment and my student visa refusal 4 years ego..waiting for positive reply thanks

You should be fine, if that is your only worry.

Provided your wife is not already in the UK, which i believe is the case, you are not required to be a qualified person, until after 3 months.

Therefore the evidence you have submitted seems suficient.

What would be my case: I did not submit my bank statements for the same reason coz bank closed my account. Now I have another bank account though.
(I am non-EEA citizen. married with EEA citizen. I applied for EEA2 on 23rd march 2013.)
