Hi, im from brazil and have received my EEA2 residence card as I'm married to my french husband. I want to bring my son to UK, 14 years old. Should I do EEA2 again with his name? will take 6 months too? Or can he come as he's my direct family?

If he come here can he go for school? or do they need him to have residence card?

If he come and passport control give stamp for 6 month tourist can he go to france for short trip and then come back to UK and show 6 month stamp? he will be together me and my husband.

Sorry if my English not perfect.

Thank you much

Your English is very understandable.

Your son is just as entitled to be in the UK just as you are (as long as he is under 21 or dependent on you if over 21). It would be worthwhile him obtaining a residence card (EEA2).

If he were to arrive at the border and can demonstrate that he is the family member of an EU citizen, he would be admitted as such.

When he travels he should carry a copy of your passport, his birth certificate, a copy of your marriage certificate and a copy of the french citizens passport.
