Hi guys , I have ROR .. If I want to marry to my new partner do you think HO will allow him to stay ? He is on student visa , I have ROR ( divorced with eea )

He will be able to stay based on his own visa. You can't sponsor him with a RoR until you obtain a Permanent Residence status.
