I am about to apply for a ROR as I am now divorced from my EEA spouse. I just want to know if I have to send my expired passport which contain my residence card as well as my new passport.
Does anyone knows what to do in such situation.

Yes you are require to sent both passports as it is mentioned in EEA2/EEA4 forms as well.
