you do not need to include any further details than

"my non-eea spouse is travelling with myself (name). I am a (memberstate) national. Under Directive 2004/38/EC we are applying for an EEA Family permit for my spouse (x) to join me in the United Kingdom as i work."

thats more than enough - per the directive ;)

hi. thanx for reply. In application i also shouldnt mention immigration history ?

"6.3 Have you ever been refused a visa for any country,
including the UK? "

I was refused Australian Visa in 2004

"6.6 Have you ever been deported, removed or otherwise
required to leave any country, including the UK in the last
10 years?"

I was deported from Cyprus 2012
NO to both...UKBA won't have those records so there's no point giving it to them and roping yourself in...
