Hi all..I have been reading this forum recently and found it very useful ) so I came to the UK with my Family Permit obtained through my Italian husband...last week I ve been taking a list of documents that I m going to need to apply for EEA1 and EEA 2 ..so far I ve got these but they seem very little..because for the FP I gave a lot proofs and photos of ourselves..so far I got:

EEA form 1 + 2 pp photos (EU)
EEA form 2 + 2 pp photos (NON-EU)
Original marriage certificate + English Translation
5 Payslips (EU)
Work contract (EU)
Bank statement (EU)
Bank statement (NON-EU) -not asked by might help for address proof
Tenancy Agreement
NI letter with number in it (EU)

So far that's all I got...in your oponion what else should I include in it?

Seems like EEA national is a worker then in that case NI letter, bank statements and tenancy agreement does not need. EEA1 is optional but no harm to send it in same envelope.
