Very funny.I have appealed anyway.The phone number of the company works perfectly well.

If your EEA partner is really employed for that company then if you can present the most recent payslips and P60 (that almost everyone must have been received in this month - April) then your appeal will more likely be positive.

write a letter to that caseworker to reconsider the case and explain them the phone number is fine and you can also contact them in writing. they will reconsider or withdraw the appeal if your employment is genuine. get ready for long wait or you can reapply again which will be quicker
