it depends on the complexity of your case.

I was told that we will get our RC in 4 days but 4 weeks now no response from the ukba & when ever we call them all they say is that a decision has not been made.

HOW DID YOUR INTERVIEW GO ANY WAYS?

HOW GOOD WAS YOUR PAPER WORK?

There is no guideline regarding that after how long of the interview an applicant will get EEA2 Rc. Refer to the link as above and someone receive it in 7 days.

I haven't checked it yet. I'll do it soon.

I had undergone an interview with my non EEA national husband too. It was not as tough as I expected it to be but the painful thing is that they still have not sent our RC as they promised.

Yes. I got mine exactly 6 workings after the interview in Liverpool.
I think there is no sort of guidelines or law as to which how soon you can get the RC after the interview, it all depends on individual circumstances. On the interview day which was scheduled on 2nd of this month,we answered 164 questions which I believed was too much.

164 questions? How did that work? Did you both answer them separately or were you together? How long did it take?

Did you get a letter inviting you the interview? I am curious exactly the wording on the letter, and whether it says you can bring your solicitor with you.

Yes 164 questions, we got to realised this after the print out was given to us.

We got a letter inviting us for the interview scheduled on 24/05/2013 but because of our working schedule, we have changed the date to 02/05/2013 with them which they welcome. On the letter it was stated that you can bring your solicitor but your solicitor will not answer the question for you. They even allow you to pre- arranged an interpreter if you would need one.

On the interview day, my wife was called in first for the interview and the caseworker spent exactly 3hrs with my wife and followed by me which took about 2hrs and the print out of the interview questions and answer were given to us and the caseworker told us that we can go.

Going through the print out of the 164 interview questions,we discovered we answered 154 questions exactly same and just about 10 questions answered differently but almost matched.

Six working day after the our interview, I was at work when my wife called me that our documents are back with my passport.

I hope all these answered your questions. But it was unforgettable experience !!
