EEA FP while residence card is being withdrawn.

Hi there,
The situation is that I've applied for EEA FP on 29th April.
On the 3rd May, I received a letter from the residency office in Burgos asking for additional document. If I cannot send them the document in 10 days, my residency number which I already have (NIE) will be withdraw and I have to reapply.
I've been in Madrid since March 2013 and my husband (English) has engaged in the employment to prove that he is exercising his rights. We hope to return to UK in July when the employment is finished.
I'm trying to get the document sorted within this 10 days, however, I'm wondering if my NIE is withdrawn, will it hinder my EEA FP application?
Thanks
Pat

No if your NIE is withdrawn it will have not effect on the decision of your FP application

I've just got my passport back from British Consulate in Madrid with approved EEA FP. (That's sorted)...
As I'm still trying to get my NIE application sorted (and it's likely to be withdrawn since I surely cannot hand in additional document in time).
If my NIE is withdrawn, my question (if anyone has any similar experiences) is...
1. Will I have any trouble applying for EEA2 when I arrive England?
2. Will I have any problem at Madrid airport when leaving as I'll then be overstayed then?
--- Schengen visa valid from 17 Oct 12 - 14 April 13
--- I entered Spain on 5 March 13.
--- Applied and got NIE numbers on 15 April 13
--- Got a letter requiring document on 3 May 13
--- Will be leaving Spain to UK on 23 June 13
3. Should I notify British Consulate Madrid if my NIE is withdrawn?
Thanks for your help.

Question: why withdraw the application?

Hi EUsmileWEallsmile ..thanks for your advice.
I haven't withdraw the application myself but it will be according to the Police office in Burgos.
My marriage certificate has not been legalized by MFA in Madrid (only Spanish Embassy in Bangkok), so I'll have to get it legalized and hand it in again by 13 May. Though I can only make an appointment for the legalization on 16 May with MFA...
It was my bad that I didn't get it legalized by MFA...though when I handed all document in initially, they just issued me the NIE number so I thought it was all ok and that legalization of Spanish Embassy is enough.
I've emailed this to the Police office in Burgos and still wait for their reply if it's possible to hand it in after the deadline..(they have given 10 days to do so).
Thanks
Pat

An update and questions.
I've got notification letter that my residency application has been accepted. Yep good news.
We've booked flights to go to UK on 24th May and it's unlikely that we will return to Spain any time soon. Though this residency is valid for 5 years, do I have to notify Spanish authority if we won't live here.. though we may visit...(is it okay to visit Spain using only this residency letter)?
Another question : I spent 5 months on Family visit visa in England before coming to Spain. Will there be any trouble entering England with EEA FP after short time away from England (about 4 months)?
Thanks!!
