I am looking to get permanent residense for my spouse (I am a EU resident exercising treaty right in the UK). she has been in the UK for over 6 years. Her EEA2 card expires early next year. Since she's been living and working here for over 5 years, I understand she can apply for permanent residence (EEA4). However, as I understand Eaa4 applications processing times can be very lengthy, I'd like to know whether any lawyer can provide a one day service with the UKBA for such application?

Thanks. what are processing times like nowaday on EEA4s? I know they UKBA indicates 6 months but is it shorter or much longer in reality?

Any other route for PR we could use given my wife has been in the country for over 6 years?

Theoretically its 6 months but it can takes much longer too.
