That confused me

This is my question

(1) if I want to apply for ror,
I use form Eea2 in section 1 part
1.12 where they say Date you last entered the uk Day mont year did I
need to fill that section or not because I thinks
I have apply before and they have that
Details on their system pls I will really appreciate ur reply thanks

(2) is section 3 about EEA details did I need to fill it
In or not because I thinks they will have my eea
Details with them too pls I want to know pls

I would complete the form and ignore fact that they may already have your details.

But my problem is the exact day I use is my
Lawyer that will know it, I don't want to use him
Again and for my wife I thinks she may have
Get new ID which I thinks she will not give it
To me I have is hold ID copy but I don't want to use it

And a friend of my that just apply told me that is
Lawyer say to fill all those section is not need
That what I just want to know

Then one things again is I have do ESOl English
Cours before I don't know if I still need to
Do life in uk test again in future if I want to apply
For my naturalisation

If you cannot remember the dates you should just write approx. and then a date. Moreover, whilst you are waiting for your application to be processed write to the HO and request a SAR of the information the have, thus you will have a copy of your old forms.

u dont need to fill section 3 leave it blank.

Retain right of resident due to Divorce between me, my ex.
which me and my ex have exercise treat rite as he was ask in article,7-15 and the rest of the section in European law. I now
Enclose 198 pages for but me, my ex to
I prove our treaty right till after decree apsolute was finalise.
And boot of us still working up-till
To day and I include my passport too
In the application.
