after all these month waiting game i finally get a respon by letter my pr application is refused cos of my partner has not submitted P45 she had put her copy of P45 and also they say there is not enough evidence you resident to live with her accordince to 5 years

i dont know what will i do ...now

I am sure you have a right of appeal. You could exercise this.

HOW MANY MONTHS YOU WAIT TO GET REPLY from home office ?
and did they give you right of appeal ?
