Hi, I'll really appreciate if I get advice on this especially from Guru's...
I am a non-eea family member of eea national and got my Permanent Residence EEA4 in Feb 2012 after living 5 continuous years with my wife, but few weeks after circumstances changed and we both feel that we can't live together anymore so apply for divorce and got decree nisi last week and now I am waiting to apply for decree absolute after 6 weeks, now my q's is that?

1) Can I apply for British naturalization on my own after one year of obtaining permanent residence which is Feb 2012?

2) After my final divorce can I marry again to someone who is non-eea national before getting naturalization?

3) If I get marry again to some non-eea before my naturalization...what would be her status?

Thanks.

Once you have obtained PR you are considered "settled" in the UK and not dependant on the EEA national any more. You can apply for naturalisation when you are elgibile. You can also remarry.

Settled person can sponsor family member using the UK immigration rules (spouse visa). You don't need to be British for that. You can't make use of the EU route as you are not EEA national.
