EEA holder and college fees.

Post by Emc » Thu Jun 06, 2013 7:50 pm

Hi, I am a non EU citizen with EEA permit and looking to apply for part time course at the local college. The fee for the course I would like to take is £1,000, but after reading the "small print" it says-

If you do not have a permanent right to remain in the UK, the fees will be different to those listed in the prospectus (except EFL courses). Please get in touch with us for information about these fees.

Is that correct and I will be expected to pay much larger fee as Non EU student?

Has anyone had similar issues? And what are the rules? I thought that family members get exactly the same rights as EU spouses....

Please advice.........
