Hi All.. I am new to this forum. There is a lot of information which i am unable to digest at once. Can anyone please direct me what to do??

I am married to a Danish national for over two years. I have two children with him both are danish as well. We all want to come and reside in UK, But the problem is that I am non EEA national and i require a visa to come to UK. My husband's never been to UK before. Currently we all are living in my home country.

All i can gather is the following by reading up UKBA website..what are my options?? Can anyone advise me on that??

1. Does he require to come to UK and work here for 3 months before i can apply?
2. Do i need a visitor visa first?

1. No. Even the 1st three months are free in which EU national does not need to excercise its treaty rights such as working/studying/elf employment/self sufficient etc.
2. Visa national non-EU national partner of EU national need to apply EEA family permit.

so that means i can apply for an EEA family permit from my country of origin even though my husband does not come to UK first?

if that is the case.. can you please advice which form do i need to fill in or a link to the form? thank you so much.. really appreciate it
