Dear All,

I am going to apply using EEA2 and I am now on 6 month FP. I am providing

my passport
my EEA spouse passport
original marriage certificate
his employment letter, payslip and bank statement
my bank statement
photos

I guess they should be enough? I am not working but I have NI.

My main question is that should the bank statements are joint or is it OK that we submit bank statements from different banks but with the same address?

We dont have any bill or tenancy agreement. If anything else should be provided please let me know. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I meant photos for application form not our wedding or personal photos.

Then, the bank account should be joint?

Your bank account doesn't have to be joint..However,it can be useful but not necessary if you are using it as proof of address for both of you

Thank you very much. Actually, I could not open a joint account due to the bank policy. We are submitting two bank statements from different banks. One is in my name and the other is his. The address on both of them is same. I guess it is OK? As we dont have any bill or tenancy agreement these bank statements are the only proof of cohabitation.

Hi there
If I was you I would send everything and anything .
Including photos .. Read my post with my username .
I was told not to send photos , emails and etc by the home office advisor
Coz we are already married .
The case worker refused our application because of less proof of our relationship and told us our marriage is sham...
It's been year and half now we are still fighting with home office ATM .
I just hope and pray you that you would not go throug this but it's a fact and I am regretting the time I listen to home office advisor ..
Send as many as possible ..
