Hi! can anyone please answer to some of my questions please?? I am EU student, studying in UK. I am from Slovenia and I would like my wife to come in UK with me next academic year. She is Serbian national and she needs to apply for this permit. During the academic break I currently don't have the address in UK, but tending to get the flat in August. Is it possible that I can state my mate's address while i'm looking for flat?? Is it possible to state the address when I find the flat? 0How long do we need to wait for the application process??

There is no requirement of having accomodation/flat for EEA FP applications except a declaration from EEA national that non-EEA partner is travelling/joining EEA national partner along with proof of relationship (Marriage certificate) and treaty rights if EEA national is already living for more than 3 months.

If your wife is coming to join you then it should be the purpose.
and how long do you intend to stay in UK? Any suggestions??
You can write any duration which should not affect future application in UK as because non-eea national partner of qualified eea national has automatic right of residence.
