Currently completing the EEA 4 form and am hoping for some clarification on speeding fine and points.

I received a £60 fine and 3 points penalty for speeding (SP30) in July 2010 and was wondering if this needs to be reported in the form or cover letter? This was giving my the road traffic police at the time and did not go to court.

The form did state that fixed penalty notice is not part of the criminal offense required to be disclosed.

Hi it's says in application u don't have to mention any parking ticket and speeding offence such as speeding

And I bleve SP 30 is 3 points and penalty so u don't have to mention it
