Hi everyone,

Very soon i am going to call HO with my lawyer obviously, i applied in Jan and did not even received a COA where as i did received EEA 1 residence card which is of no use and EU nationals can travel and work with out it as well.
EEA 2 is still pending and waiting since 5 months.

So is it worth calling HO and asking for a COA or a case progress ?

Which number would b the best for calling and getting the immediate response?

Thanks in Advance

Hi Matty,
Can you be a bit more explicit? Are you the non EEA national applying for a RC based on relation to EEA? Did you apply for a RC for EEA as well with your own request for RC using EEA2?

EEA2 Application Could take up to 6months, Call and ask for your COA.

Hello everyone again,

This morning i received COA but the problem is i received on my wife name ( the EU national) and UKBA said that she is allowed to take employment which is bullshit as they have a right of work anyway

I need an advice what i should do and i dont think that an employer can give me a job. I am non EU national but married to an EU GIRL

COA never be issued to EEA national's EEA1 application and it is an error. You should involve your MP too to trace your application as after the issuance of EEA1 delaying EEA2 is unnecessary.

Thanks Sheraz,

But six month has not been completed yet, Do u think is it suitable to involve MP in the six months time period ???
