Please i need 2 answers or opinions to my questions.

1. when appealing do i send all the documents i sent the 1st time again or just what they are now requesting for?


2. does the appeal go to the initial caseworker or to a new caseworker?

Re apply or appeal in the court?


If re apply then sent all documents again and attach the missing documents as well.

If appeal then your solicitor would assist you.

If reconsideration then your old case worker will deal your matter.
