Unclassified visa approval

Dear All,
A friend of mine applied 15 days ago for the EEA family permit,
and today he has recieved an e mail with subject Unclassified visa approval
and its says dear customer, your visa has been issued and your passport is ready for cloolection, Does thats how the say to people or something else???
he is really confused please any experience
??

Thts why he doesnt know if he got FP or?? He has to collect his passport on monday, till monday he would be bitting his nails,lol

Well the one my wife got for an EEA family permit had a
subject of:
UNCLASSIFIED "application number"
Text:
Dear Client:
Your application is ready for collection.
If you have paid for courier service, it will arrive in the next 6 days. Alternatively, it can be collected at 11:30 am (Monday to Friday) from 7/3/2013. PLEASE PRINT THIS EMAIL AND PRESENT IT TO COLLECT YOUR VISA.

Just to give you bit information that ,the man was removed from uk as an overstayer and his eea 2 application(unmarried partner) was refused as they doubt it a sham marriage,
just after a year he got EEA FP, i dont think its happens a lot,:)

Actually he applied it first time and got it, in 14 days.
