Anyone know how to contact Home Office for passport return??

Hi everyone!
My application is still under processing, but I need mine and my husband's passports being returned to us before the end of July. Is there any number I can call?? Anyone knows how can I request it???

Contact your MP, ask them to help you get your passports back and also email the following:

UKBAeuropeanenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk
-
liverpooleuro.passportreturns@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
as well as doing the official ROD form from the UKBA website.

Thank you very much!!! it's very helpful.
However I have another question need to ask. I checked the ROD Request Form, and they ask me to fill in "Date Documents requested", and also "Date Documents required by" ... I really can't tell the difference between them, even confused about what they actually are asking about, coz I don't wanna fill in the wrong date then make mistakes....
Can you help me with it?? Thank you!!
