Hello
please can somebody tell me: I applied for EEA3 (Permanent Residence), but I had only one certificate of WRS registration from my 3.rd year of work (when I changed job after 2 years work for the agency).
The fact is that I do not remember whether I was registered in the WRS during the first years of my work for agency,
if I done that - seems like WRS certificate has been lost by me long time ago ..
Can Home Office refuse to give me PR on the grounds that I do not have registration in the WRS first 2 years of my work (from 2008 - to 2010) ?
(but got one from the third year - on 2010 from my new job , where I`m still working on the moment).
All Paysleeps confirming that I been Exercising Treaty Rights for period 2008 - 2010 and P60s for period 2010 -2013 has been sent .
And 2.nd question : Do they can check somewhere in the system if I had registered with WRS scheme in 2008 -2010 period ? Because I can remember I got some papers from WRS , but can`t find them anymore .
If they check and find that I been registered with them , then it maybe will be Ok ?
And if not , then I have to wait another 2 years and then Apply again ?
Thank`s

Yes.

You didn't exercise treaty rights if you didn't register.

If the system indicates that you had WRS, you should be fine. Otherwise, you will need to wait 2 years.

Hi , thank you for answer ,
As I know this scheme been cancelled in 2011 , do they still got all info about them who been registered , in the system ?
If only Immigration Officer can check my name and Work company , it may be showing that i WAS registered .
And the Fact that that paper confirming my registration in WRS scheme has been lost , wil not make much difference .

Even it was abolished in 2011 but it does not mean that they do not have record. Whenever/whatever you applied to them they must have record with them. If you can spare to spend few pounds and request your SAR file under freedom of information from them then you can see your record in that report held in their system.

Ough , thank yyou so much for that info ``sheraz7`` !
I don``t even know I can get any info about myself from Home Office , that`s good ,
I will make a request and find out this way , do i registered with WRS in 2008 or not . If they will send me a copy of WRS registration this will be even better .
Thank you again .
