NON-EEA Partner to Sponsor EEA National

Hello everyone,

First of all thanks for this great forum.
My wife (who is an EEA national) and I are moving to the UK pretty soon. I've started looking at the EEA2 form (we already received the initial EEA Family Permit), and there's a weird thing about it.
In Section 6 (which discusses EEA national's employment) it says- "If you are supporting them through working you must refer to section ." (there is no section number)
Does anyone have any idea what section the form should be referring to and what documentation are we required to attach in this respect?

Thank you!

It should be section 9 (9.1 to be precise). This is for cases in which the EEA national is not working but is self sufficient based on earnings from the non EEA national. The form lists what is required in this case but in general it could be payslips (of non EEA national), bank statements (showing the EEA national have access to those funds) and private health insurance (CSI) to cover both of you.
