Dear gurus,

I am back again. I have sorted everything. Now I want to apply for eea 2 residence card for my daughter as she is born here.

are these documents enough for application?

1) Application form with 2 photographs
2) Daughter's passport
3) Birth Certificate
4) EEA National Residence certificate

Do we need to send any payslips to show that she is still doing some job and exercising her treaty rights or residence certificate will be enough for that purpose, as i think residence certificate doesn't show EEA National current activity.

Thank you very much.

original I'd is required.

If you search this forum then you will find stories in which home office refused applications due to lack of original I'ds.

Registration certificate is not an I'd or passport.

Registration certificate is a confirmation that,at the time of registration certificate application,EEA national is a qualified person.Remember just at the time of application.
