Expert's opinions needed:
We we moving home within the UK. We have Residence Card and Registration Certificate, following a successful EEA2 and EEA1 applications a while ago.
Questions is: do we need to inform the address change on the UKBA website and/or anywhere else?
Is it mandatory/recommended to do so?
Thank you for your advises in advance.

No need to inform any one.
Address changes should be informed to HO if application is pending.

No. It is not mandatory. However, keep safe your documents as much as possible even keeping on changing addresses because you will need it at EEA4 PR time.
