worked to register their employment under the Worker Registration Scheme (WRS) for a period of 12 months unless they were exempt.
If you are applying for a permanent residence card and your continuous 5-year period of residence in the UK in accordance with the regulations includes a period when your EEA national family member was required to be registered on WRS then you must provide evidence
.

MY question is what Evidence is need to provide.

Best Regards.

In your previous post you were asking about Long Residence (10 years) ILR. Is this question related to that?

WRS was only required by some of 2004 new joiners to the EU. What is your spouse nationality? And what has she/he doing for the 2 years you are under the EEA regulations? Work? Study? Stay at home?

Boloney what you saying that its A4 size paper. I am sure we dnt have that 2 page document.

Yes Jambo it's is related to my pervious the link you send me EEA4 form. It's say about WRS. Do I need to provide that.
My wife is Lithuania national she came to UK in July 2010 and we married in 2011 and I have apply for EEA family visa in April. Before we fill the from EEA2. We fill the form which is called EEA1 and we revived that blue card which contain 6 pages and its says Residence Documentation.

So can you please tell me do I need WRS paper or not for 10 year long residence ILR.

WRS was abolished in April 2011 so if your two years under EEA regulations (for the 10 years ILR) started after that date, WRS is not needed. Just provide proof of your wife treaty rights (employment/study etc) for the two years.
