HI I hope someone can help me with some questions
I am a uk national My girlfriend is a Russian citizen she has adverse immigration history in Greece she overstayed .
1/ Does this history effect an application to ukba she has never broken uk laws ?
2/ Will it effect an application for a family permit we intend to live and work in spain for 6 months prior to application ?

I also read that if we are married then adverse immigration cannot be used for refusal ?

Any help or suggestions
thanks KR

Adverse immigration history doesn't affect applications under EU directive.

Jambo just answered your question. Applictions within the UK or within the EU under the EU laws would not be affected by adverse immigration history

Hi I in addition to the family permit under eu law I was wondering if her adverse immigration history in Greece would affect her applying for a visitors visa under uk immigration law ?
thanks kr

It might cast doubt on the veracity of a visitor's application under UK immigration rules.
