I am going to move this to the EEA route section as it is more appropriate there.

To answer your question simply, the UK will expect you to have a family permit. It ought to be issued in a straightforward manner in the circumstances you describe.

Well if you read it many times, you probably read this
FAQ Q1 wrote: If you require a visa to visit the UK as a tourist, then you will need EEA Family Permit or you would probably be denied boarding the flight to the UK.

See How to apply for an EEA family permit and also Applying for a UK visa in Tunisia and Apply for visa online.

thank you jambo,

1/ so there is no possibility that my wife to APPLY for me in uk , all is in tunisia .
2/ and we can't travel without EEA FAMILY PERMIT,
3/ and processing time is 3 weeks.
4/ and documents are :

*the EEA national's original passport or identity card

*proof of your relationship to the EEA national (for example, your birth certificate or marriage certificate); and

*a letter from the EEA national, declaring that you are travelling with them or are joining them in the UK.

Can someone advice me , what kind of other proof i can add ?! to have strong proof ?? (i heard about photos , skype history , cinema tickets , hotel reservation , ....).

The FAQ also say
* (If the EEA national has been living in the UK for more than 3 months, then proof of exercising treaty rights i.e. payslips or proof of study etc).

That’s all. There are no other requirements.

If you recently got married, you might want to add a letter or some evidence to show this is a genuine marriage and not one for immigration purposes.
If you got married last week, it is more likely there will be doubts regarding your relationship than if you are married for 10 years with 3 kids and a dog.

I will do my best to prepar CLEAR proof and pictures and i hope that they will give us our right , cause for me i don't need 15 or 20 years to join my wife and there no legal point about that.
any way i am preparing to apply in october, so for that reason i am trying to collect informations .
and i am preparing to apply with with my wife together from here.
