Please my good friends HELP

Pls when a non EEA retain his/her right of residence after divorce from EEA national, can he/she be able to claim benefit, CTC. CB.WTC for his/her child

the non-EEA national is effectively treated as an EEA national for the purposes of RoR.

as long as they are a "qualified person" (ie: working etc) then they are allowed to claim any local benefits (tax credits / child benefit etc).

note: the child's nationality has no bearing... it is not the child that claims, but the parent :)
