Need some help on EEA member issue

Hi guys, my wife is EEA member. she came with me to my country on 19th of may 2013. i just wondering if she could stay more thn 90 days will it going to be any problem with any further application for her or mine. i already applied family permit to uk but so far no response from ukba. anyway this no response issue already in another topic. just wanna know this 90 days fact.

Well it depend on Your country LAW. Are EU national Or wherever your wife from allowed to stay more then 90 days?
