I am appealing to the First Tier Immigration Tribunal on the grounds that it breaches my right to reside in the UK as the wife of a EU national that is exercising his treaty rights. The problems is that we will need to leave before the appeal date...do you know if leaving is a sufficient reason to ask to expedite the process? which reasons are considered valid to accept an expedite request?
