Hi,

I am new to this forum. I have a question hope you all will help me with best possible advice and answers.

I am a Non-EEA National and a Family Member (Husband) of EEA National. I have just sent my EEA4 Application to HO for PR. Hope everything will go well.

I have a question regarding:

I would like to bring my parents to UK to come and live with me. They are dependent on me. So my question is:
1. How can I bring them?
2. What sort of Application Form I need to fill for them?
3. How can I prove HO that they are dependent on me?
4. What sorts of Documents I need to submit to HO?
5. How much Bank Balance I need to have to do this?

Hope to hear from you all soon. Thanks.

If your parents are dependent on you and your husband continues to live in the UK, your parents could apply for a family permit prior to UK entry, a residence card post entry and permanent residence after five years.

For dependency evidence take a look through UKBA website's guidance (chapter 5 would be a good place to start).
