Proof of Son/ Mother relationship

I have reda on another post/ form people having problems demonstarting their blood relationship.
Can someone please advise what evidneces shoould I collect to demonstate my parents relationship.
I have an copy of an asian birth certificate, ID card. As does my parent.
I would wlecome as many varied suggestions as possible, as I do not want any delays or obstructions due to not having the correct or convincing enough paprework.
