Hi a friend of mine needs advise:
She came in to Uk with a visit visa 13 year ago overstayed it and got married to his EU partner in 4/2009 through proxy marriage. She applied for RC in 02/2010 and received it on 10/2010.
The question is when can apply for pr?
Please advice.

as long as the EU partner has been qualified since they got married, then it would be five years from the date of marriage.
