Hi,

I applied EEA Family VISA on 26/04/2013 and im still waiting for result almost four months. But unfortunately got certificate of application letter from UKBA with no right to work.
Did anybody got the same letter?
According to my lawyer, he said he can Enquire after 3 month about the current progress. Is it possible to enquire ?

I applied 25/04/13, I went for interview 02/08/13 still waiting
