i was filling the form for the family permit and i saw a question that was not really clear in my mind so i would like you guys to help me with it:

HAVE YOU LIVED WITH THE EEA NATIONAL IN A RELATIONSHIP LIKE A MARRIAGE OR CIVIL PARTNERSHIP AT ANY TIME ( INCLUDING SINCE A WEDDING OR CIVIL PARTNERSHIP)?

What's not clear to you? The English is reasonably straight-forward.

The form is a rather lazy copy of the same form used for domestic UK applications. It's not particularly relevant.
