hi
my wife is spanish national and i am asion. we came from spain we are married couple since 2007 and have a child also .we are living in uk since 2012. i apply last year ee1 for my wife & my son and ee2 for me. but that was refuesd . because that time my wife dont have job .an i am working.on that base we make appeal because she was self suficiet .now a have hearing on next week .can we won the case. and in case we losse. what we have to do next?

She is only considered as self sufficient if the entire family have health insurance, otherwise (and as has happened in your case) the application will be refused. You will lose the appeal but if you get CSI you can make a new application.

If you have CSI by the time of the hearing, your appeal may be allowed.
