Does drink driving ban and fine disclosed in section 9.2 in the EEA 4 form a reason to tick Yes in section 9.10?

Question in 9.10
Have you or any family members who are applying with you ever
engaged in any other activities which might indicate that you may not
be considered to be persons of good character? Yes/No

Thanks

I would say no, if you declared the conviction.

I highlighted the word "other"; my interpretation is that anything what was mentioned before in terms of naughty behaviour can be neglected when answering this question (so I agree with D4109125).
Generally I would say that anything that did not result in a prison sentence can not be a reason for refusing PR.
