should i need a lawyer for ROR ?

i might go throught divorce from my eea wife after she leaving the house
i wanna apply for ROR so should i need a lawyer
anyone know good lawyer in liverpool plz

Know u need no lawyer go to any county
Court in your area and pick divorce
Form. One u can read and wright
Read it true u will see what to do
And amount of money u need to pay that

sorry to hear that. I don't think she will leave the house. She didn't in last 3 months

Divorce can take 4 + months ( start to finish )

then after that you can apply for ROR

You can get divorce yourself without a lawyer ; if both agree in everything ( DIY divorce )

and also if your case is strong apply for ROR by yourself without a Lawyer but still you need her documentation
