Hi all,

I'll apply Permanent Resident Card as being non-EU family member (Spouse) of an EEA national next month.
My EEA national wife has already got her PR(EEA3) since March 2013.
We are married couple since 2008, We have two kids.

Which exact documents should I submit with EEA4 application?
How can I make this application more quick to be decided?

To speed up the application, i am afraid to say it is a "LUCKY DIP". some get their PR in 2-3 months and some others have to wait beyond the 6 months limit some times.
