Hi,
Does anyone know if a Non-EEA gets Right of retention after getting divorce from EEA national. Will a Non-EEA have same rights as he/she had before divorce ? Especially in case of to be considered as "Home student" in Universities ?

In addition, does that mean ROR holders have to start filling landing card, stamp on their passports at the borders, etc.? Thank you
