My timeline is this:
EEA4 Application sent on the 3rd June 2013 and was received by the UKBA on the 4th June 2013.
COA received on 12th June 2013 (dated 5th June 2013).
PR Card received on 3rd September 2013 (dated 27th July 2013).
3 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My partner and I are deeply happy with the news. I hope everyone will get theirs soon.

I sent all doccuments related to my partner's employment for the last five yeas (p60s, contract , letter from employer, last pay slips) from last five years.
Joint bills from both of us from the last five years.
