EEA2 visa holder wants to travel USA. Documents?

My spouse is EU citizen and do not require USA visa to travel for tourism. However, I am Indian citizen and need a tourist visa to travel USA.
We want to go for holiday in Miami.
As an EEA2 UK visa holder what documents are required to travel USA for tourism?
