Visa Help: EU Permanent Residency (Dutch) on an NZ Passport

Hi there
I'd like to know whether having Permanent Residency in the Netherlands would be of any help in getting a working visa in the UK.
This is held alongside a New Zealand passport.
From what I can see, the work benefits of having EU permanent residency do not extend to the UK, but I'd like to be proven wrong.
Many thanks

Having PR in the Netherlands is no use for work and residence in the UK, but if you have grand parents who were British you can look at Ancestry work category

There must be the route to upgrade Dutch PR in to Dutch passport like in UK from indefinite/PR to British passport. Once you get Dutch passport then as EU national can reside and work anywhere in Europe including UK.

If one works for an EU employer, one may be posted to the UK, but apart from that answers as before.

Do you mean working for the same employer in the UK? Like a transfer type arrangement?
