Hi All,

Thanks to all who been very helpful..

I am a non-EEA national with EEA FP since June 2013. So far I couldnt travelled to UK due work issues (now on notice period) plus my marriage certificate were lost by VFS. Had to visit VFS every 2 weeks for follow ups. They have declared that its missing now.

I am working in Saudi and my wife is Norwegian and still working in Norway (notice period). I am planning to travel to UK in 2nd week of October with my wife.

I would like to apply for EEA 1 and EEA 2 (Self Sufficient) as soon I land to UK.

My questions are:

1. Comprehensive sickness insurance (I read in this forum that you have to live minimun 3 months in the UK to get CSI... Is this true or every insurance companies have their policies?).

2. Bank statement (I read in forum that they required 6 month statement) . Since I will be moving to UK in Oct and wont be able to get 6 months statment.. what is your suggestion?.. Overseas stamped bank statements will be accepted!!

3. I will be also sending Copy of Marriage Certificate.

Anything other documents which I am missing .. Please let me know

Thanks in advance and Regards

1. well as far i know minimum 6 months registered with UK NHS never heard
of any insurance that accept less then 6 months

2. You do not need to show that you have been continuously self-sufficient for the last six months to qualify. i've read too that Home office require 6 months bank statement
